Finally I get to visit the Brihadeeshwara Temple at Thanjavur. Being an architecture student and reading about this great temple during the History of Architecture classes in my second year I always wondered how come I've never been there all this while although I stayed just 250kms away. So this vacation I made it a point to visit this magnificent temple.
